Kicking off with antipasti, the menu features the likes of arancini, charcuterie, and gin and beetroot cured salmon, before a banging pizza, pasta, and mains section. Our top pizza picks have to be the Basil Italia (pesto, fior di latte, chargrilled zucchini and caramelized onion) and the Roma Capitale (olive oil, thinly sliced potato, rosemary, pancetta and fior di latte), but we’re more than happy to taste them all…
La Costa–meaning ‘the coast’ in Italian–celebrates the best of the ocean, with mains like a whole baby barramundi with salsa verde and fennel and citrus salad, and a stunning Moreton Bay bug spaghetti in a shellfish broth. The dessert selection is sure to grab your eye, and those tiramisu bomboloni will probably steal your heart, too.
As for drinks, cocktails have been specially curated by the team behind Australia’s #1 bar (Sydney’s Maybe Sammy) joining Italian wine varietals, craft beers and boutique spirits on an intriguing list.
