For an extended gustatory vacay, the pop-up is also offering up a three-course menu with a drink on arrival for $95pp. Start off with a shared antipasto platter before moving on to a Moreton Bay bug and vongole risotto with preserved lemon, green peas and rocket, and finish off your trip with Kingsleys’ take on lemon meringue: limoncello curd, violet meringue, mustazzoli and torched lemon meringue gelato—va bene!
