Feast your eyes! James St Food & Wine Trail is back

Four days of non-stop eating? Count us in!

It’s been over two years since James St was transformed into foodie heaven – but from Thursday, July 28 to Sunday, July 31, James Street Food & Wine Trail is making its triumphant return.

To get you in the spirit of #JSFWT22, here’s a rundown on what to expect at this year’s event. Eat on!

Kicking off the epicurean event, James Street is hosting three Trail Days featuring all the degustations and tastings you desire. Bringing Beirut beats and manoushe moves, Gerard’s Bar is holding a disco pizza party starring slow cooked lamb and Lebanese fare on Thursday, July 28. Then, after a spicy stop at The Green for a Middle Eastern mixed grill on Friday night, get boujee with a four-course champagne lunch at luxurious Essa on Saturday.

As the ultimate culmination of the James St Food & Wine Trail, the ever-popular Market Day will see 19 food stalls and 13 bars pop up across the precinct. Graze through char-grilled octopus from Hellenika, porchetta rolls from Mosconi, and the sweet, sweet tastes of limited edition specials from Gelato Messina. The usual suspects of sAme sAme, Essa, Gemelli, and Jocelyn’s Provisions will come through with more gourmet goodies, as well as tipples from Biànca, Bar Tano, and Land Of Smiles.

We hope you’ve packed an extra stomach – these four days will seriously test your limits.
