Hey Chica! is Brisbane’s newest Latin American-style social club. Opening on Friday, September 17, the themed cocktail bar will be making its mark on Brunswick Street to give Brisbane a taste of Cuban nights with bold cocktails and tapas inspired by iconic Latino street food.
With vibrant decor reminiscent of the streets of Havana, bursts of colour are to be expected not only in the unique decor but in their tapas with a twist and drinks with a kick—think chilli prawn lime skewers paired with a watermelon basil sour or a Cuban bowl packed with black beans, charred corn, and salsa with a Smokey Cuban cocktail on the side… We know what we’ll be having!
Wearing your dancing shoes is also highly recommended as Hey Chica! comes to life at night to the lively sounds of DJs accompanied by an array of instruments including trumpets and bongos.
Even if dancing isn’t your vibe, Hey Chica! welcomes everyone to embrace Latin American culture whilst sipping on a refreshing mojito—after all, Cuba is the birthplace of this rum-based classic!
