Chef Manjunath Mural (Former chef of Song of India, the Michelin starred Singapore restaurant) has teamed up with Sridhar Penumechu and Malt Dining’s Nick Pinn to open a venue like nothing Brisbane has seen before.
Part whisky bar, part fine-dining Asian-Indian gastronomical wonderkind, Heritij will open mid-2018 in the brand-new Brisbane Quarter, alongside Persone by Gambaro’s and Bondi’s favourite hipster spot, Three Blue Ducks.
Forget stuffy, expensive restaurants and pompous wait staff, Heritij is fresh and bold as it is innovative, combining traditional flavours with fine dining.
Just searching for a cheeky bevo? The destination bar within Heritij will be serving up exclusive American whiskies, cocktails and gin as well as street food for when you’re just chasing a little somethin’, somethin’ to snack on.
Stock up on Zantac and study up on whiskies, Brisbane is heating up!
