Sake Ice Festival

To celebrate Japan’s famous Sapporo Snow Festival and battle the Australian summer heat, Sake are creating a winter wonderland for the coolest (literally) party ever! Their riverside deck will be transformed, complete with ice sculptures and a snow covered Belvedere bar serving up icy cold cocktails like the refreshing Sweep the Leg, a blend of Belvedere grapefruit vodka, Cointreau and Choya umeshu shaken with cranberry juice and fresh citrus. In addition to drink specials and live entertainment, Sake’s head chef will be dishing up delicious complimentary canapes from 5-7pm. If you’re feeling a bit more peckish, their amazing contemporary a la carte menu will be available for orders. Just be sure to book!
