Nikka Whisky Dinner

Three courses. Six whiskies. Need we say more? Be whisky-ed away this month with a fine dining experience starring Nikka Whisky, a Japanese producer of whisky and spirits. Inspired by the good stuff of Scotland (what better place to get whisky?), guests can enjoy an exclusive cocktail on arrival, followed by Southern Rangers sirloin with field mushrooms, a rice crisp, and horseradish, a second drop of Southern Rangers sirloin with coconut romanesco, Japanese pumpkin and burnt honey jus, ending with a gourmet malt brownie.
