The menu includes burrata with prosciutto San Daniele and grilled white peach on a rye crisp paired with a dry Lambrusco, cured swordfish with finger lime, capers and native sea greens paired with a Grillo/Chardonnay blend, and a decadent pressed osso bucco with bone marrow tortellini, baby parsnip and shaved truffle, matched with a 2016 Chianti Classico!
The taste of escapism will conclude with Chef Sam Roberts’ stunning take on a lemon meringue, served with a Strega amaro for a truly Italian conclusion.
