A third date has been released for you to indulge in four courses of TDF desserts while grazing on cheese boards all night long. Sounds like heaven to us! Among the desserts, enjoy The Creaming Soda, fusing meringue and fizzy strawberries with strawberry sorbet; Terrarium, featuring black sesame gravel, coconut custard rocks and matcha moss; Popcorn Brulee, combining candied popcorn, an edible spoon and raspberry gel; and (we saved the best until last) Mint Slice, combining dark chocolate fondant, frozen mint cream, and honeycomb.
