Smokehouse Saturdays

Fresh from a trip to Austin, Texas, Brisbane’s favourite BBQers are back and ready to up their barbecue game on Saturday 19 November! The Smokehouse platter will be the star of the night, featuring slices of smoked beef brisket, sweet pecan fed pork shoulder, jalapeño and cheddar sausage and tender slices of smoked turkey breast. Platters are $31 plus booking fee and can be bought here, or for $35 on the night, along with ice cold drinks. Get down to Hawthorne, grab a table and experience a taste of Texas in Brisbane.
