After the roaring success of last months’ gathering of food trucks and cool tunes, the good folks behind Visit Logan are bringing the fun to Logan once again, with a second Eats & Beats festival, this time at the Hyperdome. Last time, punters were crazy impressed by the dozen or so delish-mobiles that trundled in. Little Back served up super-succulent, super-slow cooked pork, some healthy creations from Concoctions Kerb Side kept things fresh, and Vira Lata brought piping hot Portuguese and Brazilians flavours to give the night a bit of spice. Live music by local bands and acts topped it all off and got people moving their feet after stuffing themselves silly – that kind of cancels out the indulging, right?
