Staying in town for Easter? We’ve got everything you need to eat and drink over the long weekend in Brisbane.

Happy Easter, pals!

SEAFOOD SOIRÉE | ONE FISH TWO FISH

If you’re all about seafood for Easter – and who isn’t – you can’t swim past the offerings at One Fish Two Fish. A four-course menu takes you through loaded seafood platters, pineapple and mint granita, grilled goldband snapper and adorable Easter egg cheesecakes, plus lobster croissants available for takeaway. And they’re serving up these goodies every day over the long weekend, so there’s no excuse not to hop over this Easter.

DIY EASTER EGG COCKTAIL | COCKTAIL PORTER

If you proudly answer “nada” when asked about your Easter plans, get in the fuzzy spirit from home with a DIY cocktail kit from Cocktail Porter. In partnership with Messina Gelato, you can have everything you need delivered to your door to create salted caramel Easter egg cocktails. Topped with Messina’s signature dulche de leche gelato and salted caramel cocktail, you won’t find us sharing our creations.

ADULT EASTER EGG HUNT | WATERLOO HOTEL

Get your baskets, we’re going hunting! We don’t believe Easter is just for kids, and neither does Waterloo Hotel. Amongst a full programme of family-friendly Easter shenanigans, you’ll want to fire up the groupchat for the adult Easter egg hunt on Sunday, April 9.

HIGH TEA IN BLOOM | W BRISBANE

You may have seen this one all over social media, and for good reason. W Brisbane’s High Tea in Bloom at Living Room Bar lives up to its reputation with an Easter inspired puzzle inside their dessert and a vibrant pink cottontail martini. If dinner’s more your style, Three Blue Ducks has added mouthwatering specials to an already impressive menu, like wood roasted scallops with miso and wattleseed butter or local barramundi with turmeric and ginger curry.

SWEETER FOR EASTER AFTERNOON TEA | LENNONS

Feeling a little fancy and don’t want to wake up early over the public holidays? Make your way to Lennons for afternoon tea. Running from April 1-10, treat yourself to Moreton Bay bug croissants, chicken and truffle wraps, and plenty of sweets. And if you’re after something more substantial, opt for the lavish three-course lunch on Easter Sunday – your stomach will thank you.

DIM SUM DISCO | LING LING’S

Disco fiends, you’re needed on the dance floor. We’re all about a boozy brunch, and Ling Ling’s is offering an eight-course banquet with a two hour beverage package on Easter Saturday and Sunday. The mixology geniuses have concocted three new cocktail jugs exclusively for their Easter brunches, bringing bottomless a whole new meaning.

EASTER MOVIE NIGHT | CROWN HOTEL

Bring your little ones and bunny ears for a homely movie night at Crown Hotel on Easter Sunday. Parents can kick back with a complimentary bevvy while the kids catch a classic flick, Zootopia, from 5:30pm with dinner included. Easter celebrations can’t get much easier than that!

EASTER BANQUET | TILLERMAN

Good Friday is looking great at Tillerman with a six-course Easter banquet. The team behind Naga Thai has taken to the waterside lifestyle well with four succulent seafood dishes. Available for lunch or dinner, gorge your way through seared kingfish crepes, Mooloolaba tiger prawns, tropical painted lobster pasta and more, all while overlooking the Brisbane river.

EASTER HIGH TEA | BRISBANE MARRIOTT

Raise the sails, there’s another high tea ahead. Brisbane Marriott is hosting a three-hour event with sweet and savoury bites, plus an adorable chocolate Easter bunny cocktail. Classic scones are on the menu with an elevated rose, lychee and strawberry reserve with spiked Bailey’s cream, as well as other gourmet nibbles guaranteed to make you drool.

HIGH TEA | SOFITEL BRISBANE

Pinkies up, we have another luxe high tea to attend. Take your seat in Sofitel’s luxurious private dining room and graze on savoury bites and Easter-themed sweets with your choice of champagne or themed mocktail on arrival. Forget Easter eggs, we’re hunting for Tasmanian smoked salmon filoutte and rich chocolate and orange bavarois with crumble au chocolat.

CANDYLAND PUTT PUTT | VICTORIA PARK

Victoria Park’s latest course makeover is something straight out of a fairytale. Swing through candyland for a sugar-coated round of putt putt, suitable for kids and kids-at-heart alike. The course is open from 6am till late every day until May 1, so there’s plenty of time to challenge your friends – or foes – to a match.
