Don't be a chicken, take a swing at Victoria Park!

It’s no secret that Brisbanites are a little chook-obsessed - we like it fried, roasted, barbecued, smoked and grilled. On sangers, skewers or straight up.

But one Brisbane venue has upped the ante: Victoria Park Bistro is ready to hatch The Rotisserie Kitchen, and it’s sure to set hearts a flutter.

From October 4th you’ll be able to enjoy delicious, home-style roast chicken and mouthwatering porchetta from the new Rotisserie Kitchen. With a reputation established on its golf and putt putt facilities, Victoria Park’s beautiful bistro has proved itself as a Brisbane dining and events destination in its own right.

The Rotisserie Kitchen is an exciting addition to the precinct, which already offers traditional wood fired pizza at Pizza Kitchen, alfresco dining, eight function spaces and a children’s playground.

The Rotisserie Kitchen’s menu pairs succulent slow cooked roast meats with roast potatoes and fresh, seasonal salads. And it’ll be served up family style from Wednesday – Sunday.

The chosen rotisserie oven was crafted in Chelles France by Rotisol, arguably the world’s most popular rotisserie brand. Designed to seal in allllll those finger lickin’ natural flavours, whilst reducing fat – this style of cooking means perfectly cooked meat – every time.

So much more than your standard bistro, Victoria Park offers elegant surrounds, relaxed dining and spectacular city views – aka the perfect recipe for a family favourite.

Next time you’re looking for a delicious family-style meal, gather your brood because Victoria Park has chicken worth crossing the golf course for. Keeping the G&G up to date with all the latest tasty tidbits requires a lot of double lattes and espresso martinis, so we occasionally need to give out some sponsored love. But rest assured that we only work with businesses that we think are really nifty, as the sponsor for this post is!
