The only sad thing about USA BBQ Bourbon & Bar is that it’s only open twice a week. Permanent resident of Hamilton’s ever popular Eat Street Markets, We think that much of the crowd is there just for these guys. Grab yourself some ribs, chips or bacon…hell, grab a bit of everything (don’t forget a glass ‘o bourbon!) and get amongst it.
