If you didn’t manage to tick a European summer off your bucket list this year, never fear, Soleil Pool Bar is bringing French Riviera glamour to you. Located on the Podium Level of Rydges South Bank, this rooftop bar is all glam and glitz, with every time of day covered.

Soleil is open from 7am, waiting to help you out with a morning fix of breakfast yummies and adorn your empty, coffee starved hand with a latte. Begin your day right with one of their toasted fruit and nut loaves with figs, hazelnuts and apricots, served with whipped butter and condiments, or opt for a fresh start of seasonal fruit and natural yoghurt.

If a later affair is more your style, Soleil really kick things off after midday, with a noon menu to knock your socks off (plus, come noon, it’s totally acceptable to start downing their delicious cocktails). Pair a plate full of baby squid, stuffed with Morton Bay bug and saffron risotto, with a few tipples and enjoy the never-ending pool party.
