Sabotage Social
This bar oozes cool with its against the grain fit out, led by interior designer Adam Head. The unique space upholds the original 1900s pressed ceiling, with an antique glass whiskey bottle chandelier gently dimming the venue. A towering back bar showcases over 50 lines of whiskey, craft beers and spirits, too.
Bartenders decked in smart yet edgy suits will serve you premium whiskey, fresh fruit infused vodkas and cocktails named after the dead, from their aptly named ‘Obituaries’ drinks menu. We couldn’t go past classy train wreck, ‘The Anna Nicole Smith’, a blended combination of champagne, pear cider and hibiscus syrup served in a slender glass with a floating flower.
Line your stomachs for a night of boozing with Sabotage Social’s charcuterie or cheese platters atop wooden skateboard decks. There’s tasty pizzas too, heaped with the freshest ingredients direct from the market. Munch on the ‘Capricciosa’ pizza topped with prosciutto, sweet cherry tomatoes, porcini mushrooms, and buffalo and smoked mozzarella, as you listen to Rage Against The Machine and the Beastie Boys.
