This blink and you’ll miss it cafe on Macquarie Street may look like a hole-in-the-wall coffee spot, but it opens up to a chic, airy café, with outdoor and indoor seating and a crisp design that runs through every element of the venue.

On the well-thought out menu you can expect to find plenty of breakfast favourites, plus a few creative dishes like spicy shakshuka, summer granola, and sautéed greens, quinoa and almonds topped with a perfectly poached egg. And if the French toast made with sautéed brioche, torched banana, crème patisserie and salted caramel sauce doesn’t leave you immensely satisfied, we don’t know what will.

Coffee is served hot or iced, with chai, a selection of herbal teas and hot chocolates also available, and you can even grab a juice made by locals HRVST and a slice of fruit loaf to go for a nourishing breakfast if you’re running late for work.
