The riverside pop-up serving brioche lobster rolls and Saint-Tropez vibes

The ever-chic Customs House pop-up bar is back, and she’s taking us on a French-Mediterranean holiday!

After a bit of a break, the stunning pop-up bar on Customs House’s terrace is back, this time transporting us to Saint-Tropez thanks to Moët & Chandon!

Launching this Friday, February 26 and open Fridays-Sundays from 3 pm, Saint-Tropez Sunsets promises a taste of the French Riviera lifestyle, with plenty of sips, snacks and scenes inspired by the laidback, chic AF lifestyle that all of our Instagrams are craving in lieu of, well, actual travel to Saint-Tropez.

With a menu featuring flavours like fried pumpkin flowers stuffed with goats cheese, sundried tomato and thyme and Hervey Bay scallops with vanilla cauliflower and a chorizo crumb plus THAT lobster roll topped with dill and salmon pearls, we can see ourselves snacking away the last of summer (glass of Moët & Chandon champagne in hand, of course) at this stunner!

As well as champagne, a selection of wines from France’s best-known regions will top off your mini-French holiday, including Sancerre, Chablis, and Provence rosé.

Serving up the goods every weekend for the next little while, Saint-Tropez Sunsets by Moët & Chandon at Customs House is set to be the sweetest spot to see out summer by the river… or should we say Riviera?
