To the delight of crustacean lovers, Crab & Cray Cray has returned to One Fish Two Fish this March.This claw-some feast is available for dinner Wednesday through Friday, and lunch Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. And for the uninitiated, here’s what you have to look forward to.
Things kick off with crunchy bruschetta with Fraser Island spanner crab complete with caviar and a dash of lemon, followed by crab and crayfish mornay pastry triangles and grilled baby whiting stuffed with sand crab. For dessert, guests are treated to creamy, warm chocolate fondant served with a bright orange sorbet.
