COPPA has returned to the heart of Brisbane City!

This Italian gem needs no reintroduction…

For the first time since Il Centro’s closure in 2020, honest Italian fare is back at Eagle Street Pier, and there are some familiar faces on deck! After shutting the doors of its Creek Street haunt early last year, COPPA Spuntino has reopened at Il Centro’s famous former spot, with river views and breezes to boot.

Revamping the space, COPPA’s inside-outside fit-out is casually chic, with plenty of luxe booths and communal tables at which to enjoy summer sips and snacks…

COPPA fans of old will be delighted to hear that many dishes have kept their spot on the new menu, with a stunning selection of snacks, small plates, pastas and mains on offer. Think fresh seafood (hello oysters, scallop crudo, and tiger prawn and crab linguine), hearty mains (roast porchetta, pork and beef ragu) and Italian bites (pumpkin arancini, housemade focaccia).

As for drinks, COPPA’s new-and-improved bar will sling more bevs than ever before, with an impressive range of Italian and Aussie vino, aperitivo, cocktails, and beers. Fro-groni (frozen Negroni) and Fro-secco (frozen prosecco) are two exciting additions to the cocktail list, which also features a range of spritzes, Negronis, and gin-based sips.

Prime riverfront real estate, frozen cocktails and damn good Italian eats… It’s a real honour to welcome COPPA back to town!
