The same easy, sun-drenched energy spills into the food with an effortless menu from Chefs Justin North and Kya Knight. Think kingfish ceviche, old school hummus with chilli oil, beetroot and bourghal spread and warm stone-baked pita made for sharing.
And every bite invites a cocktail, cocktails which are crafted by Jake Down, a World Class Australia Bartender of the Year and a true visionary in mixology. The drinks celebrate bright, expressive flavours and Brisbane’s love of sunshine in a glass. Try the signature Mirage, a refreshing mix of Belvedere Vodka, passionfruit, rose water and desert lime soda, light, vibrant and made for warm days.
With space for 60 seated or 120 standing, Above Rooftop Pool & Bar will open Wednesday to Sunday with live music and seasonal activations. It is a getaway in the sky, and no boarding pass is required.
