Grab a serve of their Peking duck pancakes with house made hoisin sauce and forget flying the coop all the way to NYC. Bitter Suite | New Farm We’ve heard Bitter Suite’s belly-pleasing serves of duck wraps have made them a popular share dish for hungry friends. Portion control isn’t really our forte when shredded Peking duck is involved. And with a traditional menu complete with plenty of pancakes, we couldn’t possibly keep this spot under wraps.
