The Gold Coast is set to be taken over by an 11-day cultural experience showcasing the brilliance and diversity of the region and Australia at large as BLEACH* Festival returns for its tenth iteration. The arts festival’s theme for 2021 is ‘Listen to your Heart’ but we’re finding it a little difficult with all the tummy grumbles they’re giving us with their incredible food line-up. The festival will be based around three main activity hubs along the Gold Coast: Burleigh Heads, Southport and Mudgeeraba.
Burleigh will be the first festival precinct to open on Thursday, August 12 and they are hitting the ground running with Feast With Us, a unique three-night dining affair under the stars, focussing on savouring rich conversations and surprising connections while you dine. Experience culinary excellence across the three nights from celebrated First Nations chefs, Dale Chapman and Chris Jordan, as well as edible adventures with the women of the Multicultural Families Organisation and a seafood feast from local chef, author and presenter Brenda Fowdon.
