Opening next week, Bender’s Bar is set to bring juicy burgers, perfect wings, and spicy sides, and we can’t wait! Local favourite Billykart has long held a reputation for their formidable burger offerings, and owners Ben Roberts and Ben O’Donoghue have now developed a fresh and chilled-out space solely devoted to burgers, beers and snacks (and it’s right across the road!).
Let’s sink our teeth into the good stuff… the juicy, juicy burgs. Bender’s will feature a concise menu of mouthwatering burgers and snacks, with something for everyone to get excited about. Some Billykart favourites have snuck their way onto Bender’s menu, including the famous Billykart cheeseburger and decadent truffle fries.
Other unmissable items include the fried chicken sandwich and crispy loaded potatoes with ale cheese sauce, bacon jam and jalapeños.
Is it getting hot in here, or is it just us? The saucy, steamy and juicy goodness coming out of Bender’s kitchen is making us sweat and we can’t wait for you to see what the fuss is about. Bender’s opens Thursday, November 7 at 56 Boundary Street, West End.
