
Coming off the back of their successful month of mollusic, Bar Alto is bringing us a special menu that is packed with even more seafood goodness, introducing Crab Fest.
This menu is designed to sit alongside their regular dishes, with treats like the spanner crab maritozzi— fluffy brioche buns stuffed with crab and remoulade— and crispy sand crab fritelle with espelette pepper mayo. If you’re after something a bit more filling, there’s the gnocchi with spanner crab, chilli, lemon, and pangrattato, or the indulgent spanner crab tortellini in bisque with trout caviar.
And the pièce de résistance? Bar Alto’s sand crab spaghetti alla chitarra— a whole sand crab served with hand-cut spaghetti, chilli, garlic, and vermentino.
