On Monday, December 13, BAJA will be heading behind the curtains at Cobbler for their Margarita Monday, serving up delectable dishes (including some specials) to complement Cobbler’s signature margaritas. Then, Cobbler will be crossing the river over to BAJA on Wednesday, December 15 to work the bar with their masterful mixology.
For the uninitiated, BAJA boasts modern Mexican cuisine designed to transport you to the refreshing coast and spice up your senses. If you are in need of bold flavours wrapped in a fresh tortilla or chile added to every dish, then Baja will exceed your expectations from its contemporary restaurant in the Valley.
Over in West End, Cobbler is the place to be for malted spirits from around the world, whether it’s in a cocktail or just straight nips. The Cobbler team’s ethos is all about sharing their passions for whisky (and other top-quality spirits, too!), with ever-changing cocktail lists and specials.
The BAJA and Cobbler events will begin at 6pm on December 13 and 15. Cobbler’s Margarita Monday will be accepting walk-ins only, and BAJA’s Wednesday night event can be booked here.
