A new Star has Entered Brisbane’s Rooftop Dining Scene!

Newcomer Aloria’s menu reaches staggering heights in their offerings of dry-aged beef, succulent seafood, flowing wine, and sky-high seats at the Star!

Been dreaming of an elegant rooftop restaurant destination with fabulous river views? Wanting to switch up your local surf and turf pick for something a smidge more elevated? Brisbane’s latest dining destination Aloria at the Star has waltzed onto the scene to make your evening nights out tastier for both you and the planet!

Nestled on the Star’s Sky Deck, Aloria’s is a sight to behold with mouthwatering starters like a Fraser Island spanner crab crumpet or a caviar service, followed by signature mains including kingfish crudo, roast coral trout, or dry-aged beef Bistecca for mains.

Perhaps even more extensive (and exciting news for our local wine snobs) is Aloria’s 12-page curated wine list – yes, you read that right! Choose from exceptional vintages from the renowned wine estate Château Lafite Rothschild – or if you’d prefer something ‘shaken, not stirred’, Aloria hosts a dedicated martini menu that brings the drink back down to its simple roots.

Sustainability is super close to our hearts (save the turtles!), so we are super keen to see Queesland farmers’ produce as the highlight of Aloria’s menu (and your stomach). On top of that appetizing news is knowing your night out contributes to a more sustainable Earth – Michelin-trained Chef Shayne Mansfield places core values of minimal food waste and sustainability at the heart of his menu, with Aloria’s smoked carrot tartare using the entire vegetable from top to tail.

Brisbanites can experience this home-grown elegance upon Aloria’s opening on Wednesday 30th October – bookings are already open, so make sure to jump on that to take your tastebuds for a night out!
