Craft’d Grounds, a precinct combining a 500-square metre brewery and craft bottle-o, coffee roaster and cafe, a pop-up restaurant, patisserie, fromagerie, charcuterie, wine and cocktail bar and events spaces (what a mouthful!), is landing in Albion in May!
A modern reimagining of an existing cluster of industrial and warehouse buildings (including a 100-year-old timber mill, who knew!?) by the team behind beloved spots Collingwood Black Espresso Bar and The Black Market, Craft’d Grounds is all about celebrating the slower things in life.
“[Craft’d Grounds] is about a destination that’s humble and gives an appreciation and experience of everything handcrafted, including beer, coffee, modern comfort food, fresh farmers markets, live music, all ‘Made in Brisbane’,” said co-founder James Rennell in a statement.
Judging by the standard of awesome coffee and eats that we’ve come to expect from Collingwood Black, we can’t wait to taste what else is in store for this buzzy new precinct when it launches in May!
