3 super smoothie recipes to get you through mornings

Sick of your spinach and egg white omelettes? Can’t take another chia seed pudding? Ready to toss your quinoa flakes in the trash (recycling, obviously – anything that tastes that bad has to be cardboard)? Before you give up on breakfast all together, try blending up a smoothie that tastes more like dessert than it does breakfast – but won’t settle on your hips like one. Best of all, all you have to do is throw all the ingredients in a blender and whizz it up, no effort necessary!

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp butter extract
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of birthday sprinkles to sprinkle on top, optional

Ginger Papaya smoothie
