Sick of your spinach and egg white omelettes? Can’t take another chia seed pudding? Ready to toss your quinoa flakes in the trash (recycling, obviously – anything that tastes that bad has to be cardboard)? Before you give up on breakfast all together, try blending up a smoothie that tastes more like dessert than it does breakfast – but won’t settle on your hips like one.
Best of all, all you have to do is throw all the ingredients in a blender and whizz it up, no effort necessary!
