Putting on the spritz at Customs House

Guess who’s back, back again.

Sunset Spritz is back – and you should definitely tell your friends!

Yes, ladies and gents, business will be blooming and the drinks will be flowing this spring at Customs House, when its fruity pop-up bar officially reopens on Thursday September 21! Get ready for lots Apricot-coloured Aperol because Sunset Spritz, now in its second year running, may just be Brisbane’s favourite hangout. Who can resist delicious fruity flavours and sparkling riverside view? We are not made of stone people!

With drinks as tangerine as the setting sun, Sunset Spritz celebrates the Italian innovation that is aperitivo. Think Aperol Spritz, zesty Limoncello Collins, gorgeous Campari cocktails and ever popular spring fave – rosé (from Provence… fanccyyy). And of course, you can’t be Italian without a bite or two to nibble on, and Customs House’s glorious freshly shucked Coffin Bay oysters and Milanese saffron arancini will hit the spot.

Perfect for after work shenanigans, catch ups with your squad or a good ol’ Sunday sesh, Sunset Spritz will run throughout spring and summer. Open Thursday – Saturday (4pm til late) and Sunday 12-4pm – you know where to find us.

So whether you’re a Negroni, Campari or Aperol type of soul, add Sunset Spritz to your social calendar.
