While Brisbane swaps beach days for bar stools, Midtown is bringing a taste of the coast to Fish Lane, serving up premium seafood, coastal flavours and expertly crafted cocktails. Curated by Chef Daniel Miletic, the experience showcases dishes inspired by his years in professional kitchens and a passion for exceptional seafood.

At $89 per person, Red Fish Blue Fish takes diners from sashimi to snapper, with freshly sliced salmon dressed with soy, ginger and sesame, soft shell crab charcoal buns and a comforting Provençal fish stew along the way. The experience culminates with baked goldband snapper, showcasing the premium ingredients that inspired the menu.
