For four weekends only, running Fridays to Sundays, from 10 October to 2 November, the historic Milton House lawn will transform into a lively garden party filled with sunshine, live music, great food and plenty of local flavours.
Set beneath jacarandas in full bloom, this event promises an easygoing mix of locally brewed beers, flavours from rotating food trucks and live entertainment. On tap will be Archer Brewing’s 100% Australian beers, ginger beer and cider, alongside wines from Ballandean Estate and a refreshing signature cocktail, an Australian twist on the Aperol Spritz. A line-up of rotating food trucks will also add fresh flavours to the mix, ensuring something new to taste with every visit.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, live performances from local Brisbane musicians will create the perfect soundtrack for lazy afternoons and lively nights.
Organiser, Lucy Martin explained that Milton House Spring Social is about showcasing our community’s best producers while celebrating spring in one of the city’s most beautiful spots. The organising team wanted to give people a reason to gather, relax and enjoy Brisbane at its best.
