Running over the October long weekend, from 3rd October 2025 to 6th October 2025. It’s four days, twelve events, and endless ways to gather around food.
Think of it as a choose your own food adventure. On 3rd October, you can start slow with yoga at Reflections Lake Cooby followed by breakfast under marquee for $62pp, or if “slow” isn’t your style, you can dive straight into pastries, savoury bites and cocktails at Fitzy’s bottomless brunch for $120pp
Long lunches are the real showstoppers. On 5th October 2025, Rosalie house is hosting Mediterranean inspired meal in a vineyard for $133pp, while on 4th October Mytrille is putting on an elegant four course meal paired with champagne for $299pp. Both are the kind of meals you’ll be talking about long after the plates are cleared.
And when the sun sets, the mood shifts. On 4th October Vintage Cow café is serving casual-barn style supper with Wagyu tastings and damper making competitions for $90pp and head to the Down’s club on October 3rd 2025, for a global and refined vibe, serving a five course meal paired with wine for $234pp. Both sounds like a perfect ending to a spring day.
And then Monday, the 6th of October, comes the sweetest finale: Cake Date for $35pp. With over hundred bakers and dessert lovers coming together, each turning up with a floral cake, slicing them up and swapping pieces until everyone goes home with a box full of random cake pieces aka beautiful deserts. It sounds like a perfect wrap to the weekend.
It’s a weekend that less of an event and more of a reminder to slow down, share stories and celebrate spring the way it is supposed to be celebrated, with Everyone!
