E’cco Bistro Celebrates 30 Years of Culinary Excellence with Exclusive Experiences

For 30 years, E’cco Bistro has been a cornerstone of Brisbane’s dining scene, hosting countless celebrations, milestones, and memorable meals.

To mark this milestone, the iconic restaurant is inviting its most loyal customers to a series of special events that pay homage to three decades of culinary innovation.

The celebrations kick off with a sold-out 30th Anniversary Dinner, featuring a four-course menu of E’cco’s most beloved dishes. Guests will savor highlights such as escalope of Atlantic salmon with beurre blanc, house-made potato gnocchi with oxtail and salsa verde, pepper & mustard-crusted sirloin with wet polenta, and a decadent goat’s cheese and honey parfait with candied walnuts and fresh fig. A second lunch service on Sunday, 31 August is still available, offering a rare chance to experience the anniversary menu alongside friends in a warm, celebratory setting. Find out more here.

For those who prefer to celebrate at home, E’cco is offering a Father’s Day at Home menu on Sunday, 7 September. This ready-to-eat, shared menu includes dishes such as braised lamb shoulder with roasted potatoes, baked salmon with tabbouleh and tahini yoghurt, potato gnocchi with gorgonzola, and the classic E’cco tiramisu. Finally, culinary enthusiasts can look forward to a unique Look, Learn & Dine experience in collaboration with Miele. Held at the Miele Experience Centre, this exclusive three-hour event allows guests to watch Philip Johnson, E’cco’s renowned chef, demonstrate recipes from his bestselling cookbooks ‘Bistro’ and ‘Classic E’cco’ before enjoying the same dishes for dinner for one unforgettable evening.
