The menu will be full of Christmas cheer and some naughty cocktails if you’re game, including a Spiced Holiday Highball or a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne NV Brut on arrival.
Featuring signature treats like the festive fig mousse with cinnamon sable and savoury favourites like the lamb, rosemary & redcurrant gravy pie, your Christmas can be that much tastier. And if you’re looking for some family bonding, they’re offering build-your-own gingerbread houses for you and your loved ones.

There are snacks on arrival, like Christmas ham on house-made focaccia with fig marmalade and bay lobster tartlets with a touch of umami mayonnaise and finger lime. Followed by White Pyrenees lamb rump or a creamy lobster Newburg sauce over locally sourced reef fish, it’s fair to say it’ll be a Christmas you won’t forget.
