Spring has sprung at Customs House with another blooming good pop up

Stop to smell (and drink) the rosé.

ICYMI, Customs House is well known for their epic seasonal pop ups and spring is no exception, with this iconic riverfront venue teaming up with Moët to bring you the lush Moët Rosé Garden.

Launching Thursday, September 26 and open Thursdays to Sundays, Moët Rosé Garden will bring all of your garden party dreams to life, with fresh white furniture, plush cushions and, of course, plenty of blooms with one of the most iconic views in Brisbane as the backdrop, no less.

With a new season comes a new menu which is perfectly paired to your pink bubbly. Enjoy prosciutto and Parmigiano Reggiano boards, duck spring rolls with kimchi and XO sauce, fried cauliflower with whipped lemon ricotta or delicate scampi caviar blini with crème fraîche and chervil.

Oh, and you’ll be ecstatic to know the addictive Moreton Bay bug croissant is here to stay (if you know, you know). She’s received a bit of a revamp, though, now complete with crisp prosciutto, iceberg lettuce and lime mayo. How spring, how now.

Whether its knock-offs, sundowners, or the humble Sunday session, everything is better with a glass of champagne in hand, and you just can’t beat the stellar views and peaceful vibes at Custom House’s newest pop-up.
