The iconic riverside venue’s popular igloos are back, this time as gorgeous Aspen-style chalets, for a whole new winter pop-up bar Veuve Clicquot Chalet.
Starting Friday, May 10, head to Customs House’s expansive riverside terrace for wintry nights cosying up against luxurious faux furs inside the igloos, with delicious bites in one hand and bottomless champagne.
Catching our eye are the extensive foray of drinks and cocktails perfect for keeping out the seasonal chill. Think crisp Vintage 2008, sparkling rosé, a Clicquot Pear 75 cocktail, Frosty Mule, and their gorgeous Veuve Clicquot Brut that guests can pair with the pop-up bar’s signature dish (a citrus-poached Moreton Bay Bug croissant with lime mayo and chips with parmesan and truffle oil) for a cool $40pp.
Don’t be left out in the cold, Brisbane – warm up inside Customs House’s winter wonderland on Thursdays – Saturdays from 4pm ‘til late, or on Sundays from 12pm – 4pm.
