A rework of the space formerly held by the Boom Boom Room cocktail bar, Boom Boom Room Izakaya is a fresh, funky take on Japanese dining and drinking by the team behind Donna Chang upstairs, as well as Blackbird and Byblos.

Dine on the likes of bao burgers stuffed with barramundi katsu, bacon, Kewpie tartare, jalapeńo and sriracha, scampi and salmon roe gunkan (boat-style sushi), and miso-glazed toothfish with bonito mayo and shichimi, and pair your snacks with Japanese-inspired cocktails (of the Boom Boom Room standard you can expect) like the Reiki Master with Suntory Toki whisky, umeshu, pickled ginger, honey, lemon juice and smoke.
