With spring comes race meets, and this year, Brisbane Racing Club is celebrating the Spring Racing Carnival in signature style.
Welcoming a Gordon’s Pink Gin bar to The Village (complete with freshly-twirled fairy floss!), the Spring Racing Carnival is a great excuse to get dressed up, bask in perfect spring weather, and make a day of it trackside like the Makybe Diva you are!
Build your own cheese platter to enjoy on the lawn (with a glass of sparkling or espresso martini, of course), as well as tucking into the classic trackside offerings of wood-fired pizza and fresh sushi from The Champions Bar.
General admission punters on Derby Day and Melbourne Cup Day won’t be left peckish, with the new Attila The Hen food truck serving up delish bites like Chinese battered chicken with honey, soy, and sesame sauce or crispy wings in smokey barbecue.
Derby Day is Saturday, November 3, and black and white is the dress code to impress with! Treat yourself to a ticket to the Spring Time Marquee, where canapés and a five-hour beverage package will keep you fed and watered like a thoroughbred!
For a great day of food, drinks, and fun this spring, head to Brisbane Racing Club’s Spring Racing Carnival – you might even see a horse in between bites!
Keeping the G&G up to date with tasty tidbits requires a lot of lattes and espresso martinis, so we occasionally need to give out some sponsored love. Rest assured that we only work with businesses that we think are really nifty, as the sponsor for this post is!
