The Salt Meats Cheese pizza truck has rolled into West Village and set up shop in Brisbane’s latest foodie hotspot – Laneway WV. From July 3rd sink your teeth into authentic wood fired pizza, loaded with vegan and vego toppings.
Before you turn your nose up over the lack of cheese – stop. These pizzas are something else kiddo, and they’ll have even the most ravenous carnivores lining up for seconds.
Devour slices of truffled mushroom pizza with not-zarella (honestly, tastes EXACTLY like the real thing, what is this witchcraft?), froth over perfectly cooked eggplant with heirloom tomato and basil salsa or mix it up with the beetroot pizza with radicchio, rocket, notzarella and walnuts.
Can’t get enough? Thursday night is all you can eat vegan pizza night for just 20 clams.
As well as some seriously sexy pies, Salt Meats Cheese will also be dishing up arancini, salads and garlic bread, hot and fresh from the kitchen, while slinging inventive cocktails, wine and beers from the on-site bar.
