The Spaghetti House Trattoria
When The Spaghetti House Trattoria disappeared from Boundary Street in West End, our hearts were broken and tears were shed. So when we found out that the restaurant had only moved to South Bank, we gathered our friends for carb-filled celebrations.
The Trattoria serves up rustic Italian fare intended to be enjoyed over the perfect spritz or vino and great company. Everything from their pizzas bases to their sauces and pastas are made fresh in house, ensuring authentic flavours feature in every dish. Some must-try eats include their cicale demare – Moreton Bay bugs served over fettucine with fresh cherry tomatoes, chilli and basil. Pair this with a refreshing vino and some thick cut fries before finishing with a creamy panna cotta and you can’t go wrong.
