We’re calling it – The Fishery could lay claim to having Brisbane’s best fish and chips. Owner Murray Dalton worked as a chef for over 20 years before setting up this joint dedicated to sourcing the freshest products on the market (and in the sea). A shrimple menu keeps people coming back time and time again for both ready made fish and chips and a market selection of fresh seafood for when you aren’t feeling too lazy to cook.
