With so much exceptional produce grown right here in the Sunshine State, the crew at Wild Canary have decided to put the spotlight on some of the exceptional home-grown goodness from the Lockyer Valley.
On February 25th, Head Chef Glen Barratt, will showcase the exceptional crops and produce we have growing here on our back doorstep with a 5-course degustation menu sure to surprise and delight all who partake.
What’s more, the event will include Rob and Trudy Bauer (of Bauer’s Organics) Melissa Shepard (of Mormor Foods) and Yubee (of UB’s Farms) in attendance, to speak about their wonderful products and answer any questions you may have.
Beginning at 11.30am for a midday start, and at just $69 for a 5-course meal of truly delicious home-grown harvest, this is one event you won’t want to miss.
