Peasant

Peasant has been knocking out a killer sangria for years. The exact recipe for this one is a secret, but the story goes that it was given to them by a bartender in a famous bordello in Barcelona with strict instructions never to reveal the ingredients.

Though the sangria alone is worth a visit, Peasant also serves up some mouthwatering tapas. Seated in their dim and mood lit dining room or out in the lush courtyard, you’ll be hard pressed to choose from dishes like pork belly chicarrones, char-grilled Spanish chorizo and marinated octopus so it’s best to take a few friends.
