Putia Pure Food Kitchen

More than just your average suburban cafe, Putia Pure Food is a kitchen, cafe and cooking school from renowned chef, Dominique Rizzo. Focusing on wholefoods with a gourmet twist, the kitchen serves up dishes put together with local produce and edible herbs and flowers from their own garden.

If the cabinet of gluten free sweet treats doesn’t tempt you into skipping breakfast in favour of a slice of cake, you’ll find delicious options like chickpea pancakes with spiced roast sweet potato, beetroot and pumpkin salad, mint and cucumber raita and grilled haloumi, or spring onion waffles with poached egg, avocado, goats cheese, rocket and chili jam. For lunch, there’s everything from Italian slow braised beef and borlotti ragu to wholesome Buddha bowls, irresistible whether you tuck in out on the leafy patio or inside in the homey dining room.

Regular special dinner events are held, along with gourmet cooking classes that will have you auditioning for Masterchef in no time.
